Farm tour, harvesting and cooking.
Option 1:
Papaya salad or Mango salad with seafood.
Deep dried spring rolls
Fish and passion fruit sauce.
Coconut and Banana Pancake.

Option 2:
Fresh spring rolls (Summer rolls).
Vietnamese ‘s pancake (Bánh Xèo).
Caramelize pork with pepper
Deep-dried banana cake.

Welcome drink and one more fresh juice or beer will be complementary.
The menu is flexible, vegan and vegetarian are also available, depend on season and decide by chef.

Daily Vietnamese Cooking Classes:

– Morning Class: 10:30 – 13:30 approximately.
– Afternoon Class: 15:00 – 18:00 approximately.

1/ The cooking on side: welcome drink, farm tour, cooking 2 dishes: $35
2/ The cooking package: welcome drink, farm tour & harvesting, cooking 4 dishes, a complementary drink: $55
3/ The private class is: $75/ person (only your couple or your family, at least 2 people).
4/ The special class is: $95/ person (we will follow your requirement menu, birthday organization, 4 dishes and private class).

Can pay by cash: VND, USD, EURO or Card (extra 3% pay by card)

The transportation fee: the price is depend on your location and vehicle types.
